1. Here is a "regular" continued fraction that produces pi, in the limit:

4/(1+1/(3+4/(5+9/(7+16/(9+25/(11+36/(13+49/(15))))))))

It continues with +n^2/(2n+1)

The fraction above is 183296/58345, 3.1415888..., with a repeating decimal period of 4998 (58345 factors into 5x7x1667, so the period starts with the 4. 4998=(7-1)*(1667-1)/2, which is 6 times the period of 1/1667)

2. The T-800 (played by Arnold Schwarzenegger) from the movie "The Terminator" operates using the same microprocessor as Bender from "Futurama", the 6502.
