    By 'definition' I was thinking it must have some definition, however an image is constructed from the radiation information,

    I have an odd sense of humor - mostly sophomoric - so I found it amusing. But a little of that kind of writing goes a long way.

    That said, I see his point that the average person may believe that black holes have been imaged because there are so many artistic impressions available through various media.
