Hittin' the old dusty (plasma) trail

So, I'm looking at using the concept of a Dusty Plasma radiator for a very advanced spacecraft. What I've been unable to find out so far is, what dust material would be best for radiating heat?

I would say carbon black. That is close to being a perfect blackbody, which is the theoretically strongest radiator at any given temperature.
