Last night while husband was at a meeting, I decided to watch some TV. Came across "The Green Hornet" on Syfy. :) Have never seen any episodes of that show, and it was enjoyable. At first I thought it'd be silly and super-campy like "Batman," but it was not. Actually rather well written (don't let the masks prejudice you) and acted. Too bad there are only 26 episodes. And it was great seeing Bruce Lee as Kato.

It's being broadcast as a marathon, due to the upcoming movie.

I quite enjoyed the marathon, myself...brought back a lot of memories...

At first I thought it'd be silly and super-campy like "Batman," but it was not.

It was "silly" only on one occasion, when they "guest appeared" on Batman...imagine Batman fighting the Hornet, and Robin fighting Kato to a standoff!!

Even at that early age I was able to recognize that Kato would have mopped the floor with Robin.

eta...oh, and thanks for that link gzhpcu
