So do we know what is going to be launching this little guy? I'm rather confused about the current situation with the Constellation program. It's been canceled, but according to wikipedia... (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shuttle-Derived_Launch_Vehicle#Space_Launch_System) we have a replacement in the works that is going to preform generally the same roll as it?

One thing that still puzzles me. The X-38 craft was already in an advanced design stage so why did they cancelled it and started the design of a new space craft? I really don't get it!
