I'd like some advice on a dilemma, and hope I explain it adequately. Up until the latest update of the board software, my general practice was to find a post by myself, and then click on my name and go to "find all posts by user." And it would give me a nice list of my posts, and would also let me know if somebody had posted after me, so I could easily go and check on follow-ups to my own comments. But with the new system, it doesn't say when the latest post was in the thread. Is that clear? What is the common practice for looking for follow-ups to one's posts?

I have it set to subscribe to any thread I post in automatically. When I want to check back, I click "settings" at the top right. This will bring up a list of all subscribed threads with unread messages.

Then, every few months, I have to go in and clear out the dead threads.

That is also my practice. 'Settings' is generally my first destination after logging in.
