Why is the speed of light constant?

In 1905 Einstein's theory of Special Relativity pointed to that any measurement of the speed of light in any inertial frame will always give 186,300 miles per second. In other words, the speed of light is constant no matter how fast the observer is moving, or the light source is moving. Precisely, the theory of Special Relativity says that the speed of light is the same in all reference frames i.e. the speed of light is independent of the source that emits it. The emitting source neither subtracts from nor adds to the speed of light. Since then people used to wonder why the speed of light is constant.

No one as yet could give a convincing explanation for the constancy of light speed. Nevertheless, some scientists tried their best. However, I see that the 'retro-vision' is our right sought target.

Explaining the constancy of light speed optically

What is retro-vision?

On entering the eye, light becomes converged or focused on the retina. As it is known, the eye lens is responsible for the process of focusing light. The site on the retina where the converged light is concentrated becomes as a new intra-ophthalmic source of light capable of emitting light making it returning back, hence, the acquired name 'retro-vision'. Virtually, the retro-vision enables man to estimate or spontaneously calculate distances and velocities. In other terms, retro-vision enables the eye to be as radar apparatus.
Accordingly, it becomes clear that as long as the observer uses the retro-vision, no doubt, the source of light used in the observation always moves with the same speed of the observer himself. Thus, using the retro-vision means that whatever the velocity of the observer or of the light source, the relative motion between the observer and the retina remains zero. Hence, the light speed is constant.

Necessary Discussion

What does it mean that two companion observers find the velocity of a certain car the same whatever it accelerates or decelerates?

What does it mean that two companions found the velocity of a certain car the same each time they measured it whatever was its acceleration or its deceleration?

What does it mean that two companions find that their simultaneous measurements for the velocity of a certain car, giving two equal values each time they measure it whatever its acceleration or deceleration?

No doubt, it means that at the moment of each measurement their relative motion that is with respect to each other was always zero. Plainly, they had a zero relative motion or say a zero relative speed.
Now, let us ask: what does it mean that the same observer finds that the measurements for the velocity of a certain car always give the same value each time he measures it, whatever the car's acceleration or deceleration? Doesn't it mean that the source of the light is now his companion?
Yes, it does. In other words, as long as the observer always finds the same value for the light speed, it could be concluded that the relative motion between him and the light source is zero. But, as he sees factually, there is a non-zero relative motion. He measures the velocity while there is a motion either by the light source or by himself in his virtue as the observer, either away from each other or toward each other. Doubtlessly, his measurements necessitate that the relative motion is zero, but in the meanwhile there is a motion at the moment of every measurement. Nothing other than the consideration that the light source itself is certainly his 'companion', or he himself is its source, could solve this dilemma.
Well, in spite of seeing that the source of light which he is observing is really a source of light, and certainly there is a non-zero relative motion, he sees that the measurements emphasize that the source of light he deals with, really, is his light such that it is always there with him. No escape, it is his retro-vision.

How could the light measure its velocity meanwhile the reference frame is inevitably itself?
Light is the means of man in estimating dimensions, how then it could be to observe its velocity by itself?
According to the fact that man senses and estimates velocities by the means of light, intuitively, it must be concluded that light velocity must be not only constant but even the highest in the universe.
Our observation (all the operations that need the estimation of distance, volume, capacity, velocity) is built on the vision, on the use of light.
The retro-vision demonstrates that man uses the light itself to estimate, to calculate, to measure the distances and the velocities. It is his radar. This clarifies for us why we can throw things exactly, why we can direct our weapons exactly, why we can drive exactly, why we can avoid the stumbling stones, cars, trains, horses, ..,etc. As well as, it clarifies why we can arrange things, why we can drive nails into walls, why we can catch flying birds, why we can walk, run, race, chase, dive, leap, wrestle, ..,etc. Doing all such things needs the estimation of distances and velocities. It is needless to say that we can do all such operations by the means of the vision i.e. by the use of light in the retro-vision.
Of course, when man wants to measure the velocity of light he spontaneously uses his own retro-vision. Thus, optically saying, the reference frame in measuring the velocity of light is the light of the retro-vision. The retro-vision is naturally our ultimate means in any observation, including the observation of the speed of light.
No doubt, observation is achieved through vision. Vision depends on the use of light. So, when we observe the speed of light, the reference frame is absolutely nothing other than light i.e. inevitably, the reference frame in measuring the speed of light is the speed of light, namely the light of retro-vision.
Asking, which reference frame we use on observing the speed of light? Answering, it is the speed of light; because observation is dependent on vision, and vision works only by the means of light.
Well, it is simply deduced either logically or mathematically that the velocity of any thing with respect to itself is zero. In other words, intuitively, the velocity of any thing relative to itself as a reference frame always turns out to be zero i.e. the velocity of any thing with respect to itself is always constant.
In any self-referenced measurement, when the thing itself is the reference frame in the experiment, there is no relative motion, thenceforth, the measured velocity in the case of light must be constant.
What does measuring the velocity of light indicate?
It indicates that we measure the velocity of light with respect to the velocity of light.
It implies that we observe light by the means of light, relative to itself.
It indicates that we, ultimately and factually, observe the velocity of light with respect to the speed of light of our vision i.e. we observe the velocity of light relative to the velocity of the light of our vision. According to the same elementary nature of light whatever its source, its velocity must be the same and, according to taking the light as a reference frame on measuring its velocity, no escape, it must turn out that this velocity is constant.
Anyway, retro-vision means that the light we use in the measurement of the velocity of light is the same light i.e. the light we want to measure its velocity is first received by the eye, thenceforth, it is emitted in the retro-vision.
At last, doubtlessly, it is the light that is our natural 'standard reference frame'.

What is retro-vision?

Surely, it is one hundred percent resembling a radar distance-determining process or, say, a radar speed-measuring process. Briefly, when man observes light to measure its speed, doubtlessly, he measures nothing other than the speed of the light of his retro-vision. Certainly, the process of measuring the speed of light goes as follows:
1- The eye receives the light from the light that is intended to measure its speed.
2- The retina returns the lens-converged light to be reflected from the light that is intended to measure its speed.
3- The light that is intended to measure its speed reflects the retina-returned light.
Accordingly, the time taken in the measurement is that of the retro-vision. In other terms, due to retro-vision, in measuring the speed of light the retro-vision unravels that the measured speed is really for the retina-returned light which is originally the light that is intended to measure its speed. That is to say, in measuring the speed of a certain light, retro-vision makes that certain light itself transformed to the retina, thus when the retina returns it to where it has just come from so as to be reflected anew backward to the retina, it wouldn't at all find itself still there. Said another way, if we consider the light is a moving object that we want to measure its speed, we find that this moving object itself, because it is light, comes to the retina, thenceforth, when the retina returns it back, it wouldn't find itself any where at all so as to be reflected anew back to the retina. So light is always self-referenced. Thus, its velocity is constant. Plainly, in measuring the speed of light, the observer himself becomes the source of light and the reference frame in one. Such a situation means that in measuring the speed of light there is no relative motion whatever. Concluding, in the case of measuring the speed of light, retro-vision doesn't give any place for any relative motion.

Expressed another way, light is photons, or traveling electromagnetic waves. Let us deal with it once as a certain photon and once as a certain electromagnetic wave. As well, let us name the chosen photon as 'Photonic Attiyah', and let us name the chosen electromagnetic wave as 'Wavy Zahdeh'. Hence, we have 'Photonic Attiyah' and 'Wavy Zahdeh'. Please don't forget that 'Photonic Attiyah' is our chosen photon meanwhile 'Wavy Zahdeh' is our chosen light wave. Briefly, both of 'Photonic Attiyah' and 'Wavy Zahdeh' represent light.

Measuring the speed of 'Photonic Attiyah' by its virtue as a blue photon

(2) The observer's retina tries to return 'Photonic Attiyah' back to where it has just come from so as to be reflected anew from on 'Photonic Attiyah' to the retina in order to measure the time of that supposed journey from the retina to the initial place of 'Photonic Attiyah' and then back to the retina itself. But the retina-sent 'Photonic Attiyah' wouldn't at all find itself waiting there or even traveling any where either straight or even zigzag. Thenceforth, 'Photonic Attiyah' will be for ever searching to find 'Photonic Attiyah', searching to find itself, so as to be reflected from on itself back to the waiting retina.
