Folks: Check out NASA TV right now (http://www.nasa.gov/ntv) (10:00 a.m. Pacific Tuesday April 30) to see new images released from Hubble with the new camera installed!

Thanks! I watched to press conference. In addition to all the science, those new images of the Tadpole Galaxy are just breathtaking!

I get the impression there is an axial flow "upward" and that gas and dust is being rolled off to the sides, rather like a very slow smoke ring passing through air. Appearances are deceiving, of course.
