View Full Version : Can't get enough of Mach's Principle?

Sorting though a wad of papers I had printed out I came across The Lense-Thirring Effect and Mach's Principle by Hermann Bondi and Joseph Samuel. It's especially interesting because it lists 10 versions or interpretations of Mach's principle and the theories with which each seems consistent. Here's the address to a PDF preprint:

preprints.cern.ch (http://preprints.cern.ch/archive/electronic/gr-qc/9607/9607009.pdf)

Enjoy. Or possibly not.

Out of my little crappy mechanics and electromagnetic knowledge of physics. Or maybe not. Maybe I'm just too lazy. That must be it.

Me sleep now. Not tired but lazy. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif
