Any help on this? Woowoo, real somewhere in the middle?

This means that no one knows, or that no one cares?

Well here's a webpage that offers a little background on Schumann Resonances (http://www.lessemf.com/schumann.html) but, as you scroll down after the diagram, suddenly turns "woo woo" and then tries to sell you something to protect you from "Electropollution." #-o

I found this one to be far less woo-woo and more fleshed out, but in the end, it still appears to be too much, "What if?" and "What About" with plausible, yet strangely random explanations.

Bottom line, however, it's not science. Rather, it's grasping at straws, resonances, and "kiddie mathematics" to attempt to explain geometrical phenomena, and linking human brainwaves as somehow synched with those of dolphins:

I can give you a few recent references, but you will probably have to look them up in a library rather than online.

There are a couple of sanity checks this one fails: If 60hz radiation truly caused depression & other ills, this would be a glaring demographic statistic among workers in hydroelectric plants - I can't site chapter and verse, but the EPA beat this one to death and come up with nauwty.

The second sanity check is wavelength, Schumann radiation has wavelengths in tens of meters. The last time I checked living cells tend to be of a much smaller size, and that would make them rather poor receivers, and the Schumann's waves are barely above the noise level. It would make much more sense to assume a humming bird's wings, which we can hear, upset the human whatever cycle, than radiation in bands we cannot possibly detect, process or adjust to.

Yes indeed - plus their "Plug-In Electrosmog Corrector" looks dull (http://www.lessemf.com/images/a350.gif).

It needs more flashing lights, bells and whistles, maybe like this (http://www.marknagata.com/toys/02/blueraygun.jpg).

Well, if it comes with its own wall outlet (there was no caption about "outlet not included"), perhaps it's really a source of unlimited electrical power! :D

I like the second one better though. It looks like it can not only resonate, but modulate too! 8)
