Considering the camera quality, the foreground lighting and the contrast to the night sky? I have absolutely no reason to doubt it.

I've seen brighter ones and I've seen dimmer ones, but it looks like a standard one to me.

What are your concerns, if any?

As well as there were other eyewitnesses to the event, although so far no other video.

It looks like it was either large (I think some had said it broke up after a while), and/or came in angled enough to skim through the atmosphere instead of straight in like most meteors. But from one video it's hard to say.

BTW: back in the late 60s in Ohio my family and I were returning from a trip late one night and had a green fireball light up the sky so bright you could have easily read a newspaper. The buildings cast black shadows on the ground.
