I haven't perused the board for a while and I haven't time to do a thorough check now, so I'm not sure if this has already been mentioned (apologies if it has). There is a very brief review of the book at the New Scientist website (and I assume also in the magazine proper).

A lot of praise, but the reviewer doesn't care much for the BA's (over)use of italics for some reason (personally, I'm always being criticised for an over-use of parentheses).
