Heh. I could use a copy for myself, but I cannot find the shipping calculator on that page. Plus, I'd have to add 8% since I am in CA! I guess I'll just let this one go. :-)

Shame the BA doesn't get any more financial gain from it though, but then, the more people that read it the better :)
