Wikipedia's got an extensive list, many of which have reasonably detailed overviews:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_algorithms

NIST has a Dictionary of Algorithms and Data Structures:

There's a draft of an online textbook on algorithms (titled, surprisingly, Algorithms) available online here:
http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~vazirani/algorithms.html

MIT OpenCourseWare has some good materials (not an exhaustive list, look at their list of EECS classes):
Intro to Algorithms (fall 2005) (http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/electrical-engineering-and-computer-science/6-046j-introduction-to-algorithms-sma-5503-fall-2005/video-lectures/)
Intro to Algorithms (spring 2008) (http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/electrical-engineering-and-computer-science/6-006-introduction-to-algorithms-spring-2008/lecture-notes/)
Advanced Algorithms (http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/electrical-engineering-and-computer-science/6-854j-advanced-algorithms-fall-2008/lecture-notes/)
Randomized Algorithms (http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/electrical-engineering-and-computer-science/6-856j-randomized-algorithms-fall-2002/lecture-notes/)
