Hi there

This has nothing to do with bad astronomy but I could not find any other boards. I am a student taking a class on astronomy and we have an identification test (take home) that I am taking. I have four pictures left to identify and was hoping someone can help.

Anyone know what these are?

The BA frowns on giving out answers to class assignments. In any case, those interested in taking the test themselves can do so here. (http://www.csus.edu/indiv/s/slaymaker/Geol170/IDTest/IDTest.htm)

Meanwhile, I'll see if I can come up with some hints.

ToSeek is absolutely correct. The instructor for the course has provided numerous resources for students of this class to answer the questions, including the identification portion of the test. It's not fair for us to provide assistance. ;)

This is an online class. We are free to use the internet as a resource. I am using this message board as a resource. If it works....great...if not I will keep searching.

Thanks though

Correct, no direct help with homework can be given. Nice test though ToSeek, still stumped myself on some of those.

Hint#1 (http://www.solarviews.com/eng/venus.htm) - this page contains an image that contains part of one of the images you haven't figured out.

Hint#2 - ditto (http://www.nineplanets.org/venus.html).

Just trying to be fair here, please don't mistake our responses for being rude, it's not the intent at all. Afterall, it does say on the page detailing assignments (http://www.csus.edu/indiv/s/slaymaker/Geol170/170Wsyllabus.htm#Assignments):

Tests must be completed without assistance from any other person.

Watch out, your teacher seems to know about BABB, there is a link on their website to this place.

I figured them all out except for the impact crater =D>

If my teacher does read this site...I was just kidding about needing help
