Gammawaves or nuetrinos might work. Heat the core of Earth until the iron nickel boils and expands pushing the mantal and crust away from the center of gravity explosively. Neil

Expanding the sun, generate streams of antimatter or create a black hole next to the Earth?

Horrible waste of energy even if you could do it.

All you have to do is nudge a few 10 mile in diameter rocks in from the asteroid belt.
So little energy required that we could do it ourselves in the next century.
Certainly worked well enough to kill off all the dinosaurs and 99% of all life on Earth the last time...
