The maiden flight of Falcon 9 v1.1 / F9-R is now NET Sept. 5.

The heavily instrumented development engines are in the process of being removed and replaced with flight engines, after which acceptance tests will he done then it ships to Vandenberg AFB. A SpaceX spokesperson has said the pad is ready.
