With 4400+ friends (or fans) on Facebook, she may have a slight (if not major) fandom, although nowhere near the major popular singers or movie stars.
Along with the kora player Seckou Keita, she actively performs live as well.
While the Goldberg Variations are the most "authentic" on the harpsichord, the harp version is easier listening.

I had no idea. I wonder if there are any new instruments. In ST: TMP we heard the Blaster beam--but I thought that was Constance Demby's...

As old as the harp is, the harp has developed into many varieties: Baroque harp, modern harp, single-action harp, double-action harp, kora (West African harp), etc.
While piano is called "king of instruments", it has become overly commonplace.
