All the countries with rockets to launch satellites are going after the commercial market. But will there be enough commercial customers to keep all parties happy. The reason I pose this question is, as part of the news of the Indian satellite launched by the Europeans, it was stated that it became the 18th satellite to be launched by Ariane space for ISRO. Once ISRO gets its GSLV MKIII working this lucrative source of income will dry up for the Europeans. Like India more and more countries also want to launch their own satellites (eg Israel, South Korea, Iran etc.). Any views?
