I think the more serious answer is we don't have enough information to even make guesses as to the probability. It also may not be a single event; for example, some may have been created during a catastrophic event, others may be captured asteroids or comet nucleus.

It is also entirely possible that after the fly-by we still don't know.

From what I understand so far is their composition is thought to be fairly different, but I could be wrong, thus less likely to have formed like our moon.
