I've recently found out (on Aug 21, 2015) that I will be teaching a high school astronomy class.

Any textbook recommendations?

I'm looking for something reasonably inexpensive (it's a private school, but I've got to buy a copy, too ;)), current, with good coverage of astronomical history, no essential math beyond high school algebra.

I used 21st Century Astronomy when I took Astronomy 101 at college-- I don't think it had any math I hadn't learned in High School (at the very least, it had no math I couldn't do, and I am rather bad at math...) New copies online look like they're pretty expensive, but it seems to be available for under 20 dollars used: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/mobile/p/21st-century-astronomy-jeff-hester/1100878546/2689777854542?st=PLA&sid=BNB_DRS_Marketplace+Shopping+Textbooks_0000000 0&2sid=Google_&sourceId=PLGoP20436&k_clickid=3x20436&kpid=2689777854542
