As yes, the event that inspired both the worst movie I've ever seen (Alien vs. Predator) and one of my favorite episodes of one of the most critically-acclaimed TV shows of the 21st century ("The Warfare of Genghis Khan", Episode 13 of Season Five of The West Wing.)
