I don't know if this is the right forum for this. But Dennis Hoyer, a woo-woo in the 2012 end of the world bandwagon mentioned the secrets of fatima had to do with some kind of Doomsday scenario. Does anybody know how many secrets of fatima are? I had heard they were only three. Anyway, in order to back up his nonsense, he points to these two books:

The author of the first book claims the 21st century will be filled with catastrophes including a supervolcanic eruption. Does that make sense? and even when this is out of topic, Does anybody know how many secrets of fatima are? Hoyer had used the secrets of fatima originally in his booklist of "2012"

There are three secrets and here's an informative link:

Needless to say, the believers were somewhat disappointed when the Pope revealed the much hypothesized third secret in 2000.

Did anyone else see that Sister Lucia (the only one of the three children who saw the visions who was still living) died a week ago this past Sunday (13 Feb)?

There's something ironic about a discussion of information accessible to anyone that describes this information as "secrets". :)

To be fair, the information had been secret for a long time. It's just that some woowoos were so disappointed to find out that the third "prophesy" wasn't one of Armageddon, that they either conveniently ignore this, or choose to believe that they're lying about what it says.

Personally, I like to think it was about Armageddon after all.

In the antipenultimate year of the Milennium,
A man without hair will save us all.
Except those in Paris.
Lucky people.

Yeah, I gave up on that thread a while ago, which explains how I missed it.
