No.

This is such an extraordinarily subtle effect that we don't even know for sure if it exists. If it does exist, it'd only become significant at accelerations that would utterly destroy any material spacecraft. Nobody's going to melt and nobody's going to be factoring Unruh radiation into their thermal budgets, no matter how advanced their drive is.
