This is a little known area of word play. The idea is to make a sentence that is grammatical regardless of how many words are added or removed from the end of the sentence.

I'll start with this as an example:

Go!
Go out!
Go out quickly!
Go out quickly today!
Go out quickly today thinking.
Go out quickly today thinking thoughts.
Go out quickly today thinking thoughts clearly.

Go out quickly today thinking thoughts clearly understood.

Go out quickly today thinking thoughts clearly understood before.

Go out quickly today thinking thoughts clearly understood before reading.

Go out quickly today thinking thoughts clearly understood before reading this.

Go out quickly today thinking thoughts clearly understood before reading this sentence.

Go out quickly today thinking thoughts clearly understood before reading this sentence again.

Go out quickly today thinking thoughts clearly understood before reading this sentence again tomorrow.

Go out quickly today thinking thoughts clearly understood before reading this sentence again tomorrow slowly.

Please help me run.

You need to be very careful what word you append to not end the sentence.

Please help me run away

Sir, please help me run away.

I hope adding to the beginning isn't a violation of the rules.

Not if the word can stand alone. Sir!

I guess it qualifies.

Yes sir, please help me run away.

Oh yes sir, please help me run away quickly together tomorrow night.

You're supposed to add to it, not change it! :-?

Oh yes sir, please help me run away quickly together tomorrow morning now!

It's turning into a run on sentence that needs periods. New word someone? It needs to stand alone as a reply, exclamation or interjection but needn't act as the first word in a sentence.

For instance: Fantastic!

But, someone else suggest a word.

"never move it toward"

"never move it toward me in"

We're getting rather strange subsentences... :)
