Reaction Engines doesn't even talk about Skylon any more. It didn't stand a chance of competing against Falcon 9, and with Alan Bond now retired, they seem mainly interested in SABRE as an engine for hypersonic aircraft...their website makes only vague references to SABRE being useful for spacecraft, and don't even distinguish between staged and single-stage architectures when doing so.
