SUMMARY: The launch of a Titan 4B rocket was delayed after 200 litres of toxic nitrogen tetroxide propellant spilled out and created a dangerous gas cloud. Fortunately, none of the workers were injured by the cloud, and it dissipated before it reached the adjacent Kennedy Space Center. It's unknown when the Titan rocket will be ready again to launch its cargo of a National Reconnaissance Office satellite. Investigators are still determining what caused the accident.
