Now, if I were to sit on my porch and look on, into the clear nite time sky, wouldn't I actually be seeing on into a predictable overlays, of the many different environmental eras, of our aging universe. Because we see in terms of light years, shouldn't we actually be able to look and see the proposed Big Bang regardless of how ever many light years ago it may be occurring.

We can see it. But since we're inside it, we see it in every direction. And since it is so far away, it is severely red-shifted - way down into the microwave region.
