We're having a fun time. Last night we walked all over down town at an art walk. Some of these were taken at the city museum.

I just flew in from St Louis, and boy are my arms tired. http://www.cosgan.de/images/midi/musik/b040.gif

I'll try and post some more photos tonight.
Cross is a great host. I had the best time.
I met some interesting characters, too.

Did you stay in a Tomain Palace, like the one in Texarkana?

Back already? I was thinking you were planning to stay a lot longer. I'm not sure how I got that idea...

No, I stayed at the Hilton. Oh yeah, after I checked in - I didn't like the room. They were renovating, and it reeked of paint fumes.

I went down and changed rooms. I was so tired that I just needed a beer. I went to the bar. Someone from Texas was talking to me, and I sort of lost track of time.

In the meantime, Cross came a calling. He was sitting in the lobby for an hour ringing my room. He finally went over to the desk and asked about me. He then described me, and they said the "upgrade" girl is in the bar.

That's where he found me.
He brought me a beautiful snowman with his school's logo and a candy bar.

Notice the photo of Carl Sagan books. This was taken in his apartment. Can you guess which 4 books are missing from his very impressive collection? :shifty:

Hi, everyone! Yeah, it's a nice site. I went through a few threads and enjoyed the randomness.

Oh! More news...I was accepted to work in Boston in February for this annual national convention hosting many talents and talent agencies. The Dan Band is going to be there!! They're the wedding band in Old School. "I ****in' need you now more than evah!"

Hmm...I'm one of four video crew members selected from many applications nationally, so I feel proud and excited! My first time in Boston.

That's my girl! I'm very proud of you. You know what's funny? I met a guy in St Louis that I want to fix you up with. I didn't get his photo, though. This is so weird that you decide to post now. I'm scratching my head in amazement.

How would I hook up with a guy in St. Louis? IM? Email? Phone? That's hot. heh. I think it's time for me to pass out now...let me know about the pimping situation. :-P

Have a good night.

Candy, are you still in town?
No. Darn it, you could of hung out with me while I was waiting for my flight. I ended up taking an earlier one. I was lucky, because ORD had been on a Ground Stop all morning. I could've taken a later flight. Darn it.

I'll be going to St Louis again. Cross has got more things he wants to show me. :shifty:

Funny, I just read through the above with Stef. I was a little tired last night. Wait until she learns how to use the smilies.

I think Nicolas and Stef will have a lot in common, too. Stef is one of my mini-me's. She most likely has a higher IQ. Cross will have to track down "that kid's" email address or something. I seriously think they would be a cute couple.

Enough with the hi-jacking, thanks Mahesh and everyone else. The next time I visit St Louis, Cross said he would take me downtown to the Arch. Oh, and we must hit one of those winery's. Oh, and this beer, Schlafly, is great. I saved a label, so I could find it here in Chicago.

There's a nice old section of town called Laclede's Landing, I think. Lots of character and good food.

Ain't that the truth, brother? My feet and leg muscles still hurt. I guess another soaking is in order. I seriously have not walked that much in years. I can honestly claim that Cross wore me out.

One problem being that I already am the one half of a cute couple for years, and have no plans for changing that whatsoever :). She'll have to find another victim :shifty:

I'm going to introduce her to the cute smart college kid in St Louis, silly. I just think you and her have a lot in common for BAUT purposes. She likes a lot of the same things you like, and vice versa. You can help her expand on the electrical "gadgets". I think she would really enjoy the historical aspect. She's a young "punk" like you. I'm not quite sure what word to use. It's always good to have a mentor in cyberworld. ;)

Sarongsong, I don't know. I bet the cutie pie, Cross, knows.

Okay, here's another photo of the weird anomoly one. I haven't checked to see if Yoda is on this one, too. Plus, I added one with Dr Brian Cox's twin (younger, though). You can't really see the twin's face. His name is Dave. I tried my hardest to not like him, but I just couldn't help myself. :)

When I first saw the Title of this thread, I thought it was going to be a variation on Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds (or at least Judy in Disguise (with Glasses)).

Oh well, at least there was a trip involved... http://img137.imageshack.us/img137/566/iconwink6tn.gif

Well, since the Beatles just about made "sky" a two-syllable word, it fits pretty well - one needs to stretch out "pictures" a bit though...

Dragons of Eden is there, green cover (first edition I think)

Pale Blue Dot is in Texas. When I moved out of my mom's house her friend had borrowed some of my books. Finally she got them back for me. PBD is one of my favorites.

I just ordered Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors.
