It's open source, it models a very large section of the galaxy as close as it can. Read the website for details.

Something /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_cool.gif : MIR vanishes on the day it was taken out of orbit.

This is so cool... /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Now I can show my friends where my home is.

oh it was a fine computer, and I ran it nice and clean, but a few weeks ago the power supply literally blew up, and I just haven't gotten around to buying a new one (the fact that I am broke hasn't hurried me up on that one much either). I did try replacing the fuse that had blown in the original explosion, but a test firing (not hooked up, of course) only yeilded a more impressive fireworks display!

I got that program, but I always get the following error message when I try to run it:

Anyone know why?
I've got a 533 MHZ Windows 98 SE system.

That's why. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

(Speaking as another Win98 user, of course)

Stuff about an error

I suggest asking at the tech board at the website:

At least, it's better than my old computer: a rocking TI/99 4A.
