I was looking up Phil on Wikipedia and it pointed me to his webpage at Soma University. (here) (http://epo.sonoma.edu/group/plait.html)

Phil, if you get to see this, sorry if this is comes across as being rude, but you really need a better picture on there. The current one was obviously done during a holliday season and the photographer did not compose it properly. It looks like you have a large bauble hanging from your left ear.

I have often had to junk photo's because of background faults like this.

Sticks, yeah, I've had a few people comment on it. I think it's funny. :-) The image was taken at a co-workers wedding, and that was something hanging in the background. At some point I'll replace the picture.
