Just do the best you can everytime you try. Ask the player to sign your stub, and be sure your ticket is signed. (Caddie wisdom.) What does it mean? Simply show up, make sure you can prove you did show up, and put your name on the test paper.

'Competitive exam', 'All India', sounds daunting.
How many candidates for how many places?

Good luck.

This is two step test. 1st is prelims and 2nd is mains. prelims is objective multiple type and mans is subjective descriptive type. In this exam about 2,00,000 cadidates appear for prelims. Total no. of seats is about 1600. About 6400 candidates compete for 2nd step. I am going to face prelims.

pmt is not that difficult test, when an individual would like to become a doctor he has to go through the different tests, so that he must be found more able to adopt doctrine for the prospective patients.

cool down yourself, be confident about your study, about your score, recall all correct things to appear on the paper at the time of that exam, go to the exam hall before half an hour on the scheduled time, so that you can minimize your hurry and control the heart bits, forget the tension on the mind, you think in your mind that as usewal you are going to the college and seat in a 90 o angle with your seating arrangement, read the paper fully first, you may sort out the difficult questions very first moment and then get the answers of the rest questions, so that you will save your time for the simple answers and also to avoid the mistakes for the difficult question in the last, because in last half an hour one can not recall properly the difficult answers, since the "time limit ending timidity", so be confident, be couragious you will easily succeed, all the best, which is your center of exam, mumbai or pune?

I can understand I am confusing you all once I quote about BSc part-1 education and second time about my bioinformatics education and in this thread about my PMT. After completing 10+2 I enrolled in BSc in life science and simultaneously started preparing for PMT because I want to serve people. Meanwhile I read a advertisement about bioinformatics and as a habitual knowledge seeker I enrolled in it. I know I am sailing in three boats but soon (in 2 or 3 months) I will leave any two boats (I don't know which two) but I have no decision problem I will do it myself. So is it clear?

thanks sweety, your thoughts are quite clear and your ideas also looking clear through your writing style, if an individual who wants to fly on the ladder of success, he or she must be very optimist+effortfull+hardworking+enthusiastic+thirs ty about knowledge+managing time+answering the questions with the appropriate answers according to its real information+vast reading+general knowledge+current events(because most of the papers have this subject included in build in the competative+quantitative apptitude+logically which is the correct statements+ all this if you practice hard you will 100% reach to that destination of "success+top scorer, I think for pmt score is more important than marks secured)

again all the best.
Delhi, means you are from JNU university or may be delhi university, both are great one.

thanks Fr. Wayne for the remarks, many examples I have seen about the results and its percentages, many student do not take exam either seriously or they don't prepare the subjects properly hence they probably hold a phobia in which they found themselve as failure one, so to remove this type of cyndrome, from the very beginning of the school or college that candidate must have to strictly adhere with the principles " that how to become a successful student in school or college and in the exam also", this task is not that difficult but only consistancy and hard working habits are must to adopt.

so the time preparation is not always useful, most of the candidates stick with the guide and short notes instead of through study, this also make them become a lower scorer in the actual examination of any kind.

hence hardworking is the best achievement towards reaching the goals.

Sunil, I too have same dogma. I have no notes and guides but a have a small library of my course books of different writers and I have studied them at least twice. I have studied some of my fevourite books several times. It is not that I don't go out and Have some real life taste. I am an average vollyball player.

well we can say lot of principles and practices on the "study-style" of an individual, many students do 365 day study, many do in 6 months, but who just wants to pass in the examination they just study the material before 15 days of their respective examination. even though there are different styles of study: in sleeping posture, in seating posture, in moving posture by taking book in the hand, by murmuring, or only mind reading, by loudly reading the paragraph, by repeatating the paragraph, there are different styles. and here you have adopted the style of "loosing something", your words are saying something different, since there is a huge competition for the selection process, then its ok, but you have not did the preparation then we have to forget about the score, but you did a through practice then its ok, you will get score, now you have to decide that where to seat.

all exams are not hard they are easy. take the shortcoming exam easy, you will succeed.
