Should NASA seek spending to expand the numeral and zero system
10,000 times the level of centillions for deeper space equations bent
on producing a space communicative design to gather data faster
on virgin area's of the universe.

IF these millions from congress are granted and medical research data
can benefit from this literal elevation of the numeral scale far above
centillions, will this be a worthy project.

IF we find data link to other life in the universe, will this be a
money well spent.

wtzwbofdoom, this looks very similar to what you've already posted here (http://www.bautforum.com/showthread.php?t=45841), but you've not yet offered a clear explanation.

...to expand the numeral and zero system 10,000 times the level of centillions for deeper space equations...

What specifically does this mean? To which equations are you referring? If you're having trouble answering in your own words, could you provide any references or links that discuss what you have in mind?

Let's start there.

I'm not sure what it means but it sounds like an area for acedemics and mathematicians, not NASA.

it sounds like an area for acedemics and mathematiciansIt sounds like aliens may have discovered 3 additional integer values between 7 and 9.

Whatever NASA needs to expand the number system, I'll do it for 10% less.

Is this supposed to be something about high precision floating point numbers in software?

Why would you need millions to do this? Surely all you need is a pencil, a piece of paper, a highschooler's knowledge of ancient Greek, and the telephone number of the relevant scientific body.

you know, I used to write letters to the newscientist magazine like this.

always wondered why they didn't print them.:shifty:

I, for one, welcome our centillion overlords.

Well, if he/she is talking about using higher-precision floating point calculations in NASA's software, then it shouldn't take billions of dollars. I'm sure software patches a very cheap and easy to make.

Yes, NASA should expand the numeral system. It's a darn disgrace that we have no choice but to use clumsy devices like the decimal system. We should just adopt centillions of integers. I can already imagine it.

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, wirp, clumb, strek, flauk, benge, slof, xink, prek, bula. . . Up to centillions!

15%!200%

We'll sell advertising

1 Anheuserbuschillion = 103 x 1 centillion
1 Avisillion = 106 x 1 centillion
1 Barnesandnoblillion = 109 x 1 centillion
1 Bordersillion = 1012 x 1 centillion

1 NASCARsillion = 1021 x 1 centillion
1 GEBringsGoodThingstoLightsillion = 1024 x 1 centillion...

I think I see where you're going with this...

Now - If I can just learn to superscript...

Should NASA seek spending to expand the numeral and zero system
10,000 times

If expanding the zero system 10,000 times means that we'll have to draw the little round ten thousand times on top of itself in order to write a zero, I'll happily stick to the good ole' single loop, thank you very much.
