If anyone has a subscription to Astronomy mag. they just had a great story about this in this months issue.

The sun, in about 5 billion years, will swell between the orbit of mercury and venus and boil every last bit of water off earth. life will either have to move to a new planet or we would have to move underground because life on the surface of the planet would be imposible.

Not that it wouldent be cool to live undergound but you wouldent be able to check out the night sky.
