Sounds good. Its not like he's sending people to it right away, so whether its a Galaxy or Sundancer is utterly irrelevent. Its still a test flight.

Couldn't he take over the ISS when everyone else is done with it?

He's going to have to do better than the Titan II/Delta II class Dneprs. They can't launch anything larger.
