Hi Everyone here's my latest session in Ha of the Helix Nebula. A total of 2hrs and 20min. were taken i'm very limited in resolution only 496k and wanted to bring out the fine filaments from the inner shell. Will post if sucessful LHaGOIII image until then Clear Skies to All.

Looking good so far. Waiting for the other bands.

That one is too low for me at 47N. When I do get good seeing that low it is so hazy no light gets through. When there's little extinction (less than 4 magnitudes) seeing is awful. Someday conditions will allow it but not so far.

Great detail in the nebula, a very nice shot.

On another note, are you using PEC? If so, did you train it with PECTool or another method?

Great Shot in Black and white Efraim.

It does looks like a smoke ring but to me ...

it looks like someone is watching :shifty:

Thanks for sharing!

...it looks like someone is watching...

I've seen reference to this as the "Eye of God".

Pretty awesome, either in Ha or LRGB!
