I was curious about this, and I haven't seen anything about it on the web. So will the probe be taking pictures of Titan's surface when it lands? I really would like to know what it looks like up close.

As it may be dark on the surface, Huygens even carries some lights to be switched on shortely before touchdown. Though splashing into an ocean of liquid methane or something similar would be interesting, when it comes to imaging, I'd prefer some solid surface. Just to compare Lem's phantasies with reality...
