Because it's great TV, even if they aggravate the frack out of their audience by parceling it out in too-tiny bits.

When they say "last season" I suppose I should know better than to think they really mean it. That's a big part of the reason I watched again after the horrible and delayed third season: I wanted to see how it ended.

I gave up in the middel of season 2.

Which would you prefer, frakin' incredible television spread out over time, or a steady diet of Crime & Order: Criminal Mischief- Houston et al? I know which one I prefer so I'm just going to be patient.

It's too late to complain - they're already working on the last episode.
I still think the show is great and will watch it through the end even if it does take another 6 months to get there.

You obviously think it is far better than I do. In my opinion, season 2 was not as good as season 1, and season 3 (what I watched of it) was terrible. Season 4 is better, but that isn't saying much, and delays don't help. Advertising the "last season," then delaying the "last season" until the following year is just ridiculous.

Yes. Yes I do.

Yes. Yes I do.

So, hopefully you also understand that for many people that aren't as impressed with it as you are, delays aren't likely to make them appreciate it more.

If you don't like it why do you care if it's delayed?
