Nichelle Nichols. Classy.

Babe? BABE?? What's with the BABE?

But Nichelle Nichols took the prize a long time ago.

It might be better to ask who can act the best. Or start a similar thread on best looking guys.

For the best actor on the list? Jeri Ryan. She has showed on Boston public that she is far more than a prety body. She can actually act. To bad B&B never let her.

Absolutely, the lady gets my vote.

And incidentally, she fully realized that she was there for a little futuristic cheesecake...didn't particularly bother her, as I recall...got me bothered more than once, though, lemmetellya...I was 15 or so...is it hot in here, or is it just me?...never mind... [-X

But on that list, I'd have to say Jeri.

There sure were a lot of killer babes in Star Trek, especially in the original series. But my pick for the most beautiful is Nancy Kovack:

who played Nona, Tyree's wife, the Kanutu medicine woman in the original series episode "A Private Little War".

Gates gets my vote. One seriously hot older babe. And I have a weakness for redheads anyway.
A better poll would be: Do the curtains match the drapes? (Is she a real redhead?)
Since she was supposed to be Wesley's mother, that'd qualify her for the Galactic **** Award.

That was Angelique Pettyjohn from the episode "The Gamesters of Triskelion"

Now my favorite babe was Diana Ewing from the episode "The Cloud Minders"

That's one thing I think the TOS had over the other StarTreks. Much more interesting apparel then the seran wrap suits that the later shows had.

I found Ashley Judd appealing as Lefler too. My favorite is a bit esoteric. In TNG episode We'll Always Have Paris, Piccard sits in a Paris Cafe in the Holodeck. Two women are sitting at another table talking. The one who does most of the talking is Isabel Lorca, whom I find oh so appealing. (Lorca also appeared as an artist's model and mistress in an episode of Columbo. Isabel Garcia Lorca is someone else))

Both of those actresses were very attractive. Sabrina Scharf who played Miramani (TOS) was also quite appealing as was Yvonne Craig as Marta (TOS).

IMO, T'Pol (Jolene Blalock) was the sexiest Star Trek female cast member. Jeri Ryan took second place. None of the ST:TNG regular female cast members did anything for me.

Where'd you get that idea? What I heard (which admittedly could be wrong) is that they wanted to pay her less money for ST3 than for ST2, even though she'd gone from an unknown to a proven performer in the meantime. So she turned them down, and I can't say I blame her.

(I had a serious thing for Saavik after ST2, though, so I may be biased. Robin Curtis is sweet, but she's not the actress Kirstie is.)

I reminds me of a George Bernard Shaw story (it is in the category of "if it isn't true, it should be). Isadora Duncan, an early 20th century dancer, supposedly said to Shaw when he was quite elderly that she would like him to father a child with her, because with her body and his brain, the child would be wonderful. Shaw declined, and supposedly responded, "with my luck, the child would have my body and your brain". ;)

Being that some women think silicon implants attract men, maybe we should add the Horta.

Would the Horta have carbon implants? Or germanium?

The latter only if it wanted to light up, but given that it lived underground without any need for light, probably not.

I always thought Louise Jameson as Leela (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leela_%28Doctor_Who%29) was quite hot. Oh, wait. That was Dr. Who.

Here is a list of the beautiful women that weren't mentioned yet:
1) Phyllis Douglas who played Yeoman Mears on The Galileo Seven in TOS,
2) Julie Parrish who played Miss Piper on Menagerie I in TOS,
3) Emily Banks who played Yeoman Tonia Barrows on Shore Leave in TOS,
4) Charlene Polite who played Vanna in her white prison minidress on The Cloud Miners in TOS,
5) Don't know her name. She played the woman with the short dark red straight hair and bangs at the helm in Rascals on STTNG, also the woman who walked to the bar in Ten Forward in The Next Phase on STTNG.

Weighing in for the chubby chaser brigade.

Jojo Krako's blond in "A piece Of The Action" She was also one of Mudds androids as a brunett and a cocktail waitress in the belly dance show in "Wolf In The Fold". (The belly dancer was pretty nice too).

Rayna in "Requiem for Methuselah".

Miramanee in "The Paradise Syndrome" was awfully cute.

Lieutenant Mira Romaine "The Lights of Zetar", Great legs, nice rack.

Lenore "The Conscience of the King"

Tell the truth nearly every episode of TOS had a serious babe. It would probably be a shorter list to say the homely babes. Tamoon, Chekov's drill thrall in "The Gamesters of Triskelion". Dr. Janice Lester in "Turnabout Intruder". The Horta. Sorry I have to be honest. She was homely. Zora (who conducted brutal experiments on the primitive tribes of Tiburon) "The Savage Curtain". T'Pau "Amok Time". Mudd's wife Stella YIKES!!!
