In the field of a point mass, a test body has a node each 180 degrees, and an apside each 180 degrees.

The Milky Way is not a point mass.

What is the angle between the successive nodes of the Sun? And what is the angle between successive apsides?

I get about 67 degrees between nodes, based on a Wiki article that reports about 2.7 up and down cycles per revolution.

They had nothing on the line of apsides. I would expect a significant precession of this line, analogous to what the planets do as a result of perturbations among themselves.
