The size of the impactor is estimated to be as large as several football fields. (http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/hubble/main/jupiter-hubble.html)

By contrast, the object estimated to have hit Arizona and created Meteor Crater (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meteor_Crater) was a mere 54 yards across. :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:
