Well, as for the rank change, blame it all on GrapesOfWrath. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif See the thread here:

Are you using a clock-setting program, or trying to get the time off the web directly?

Here's a page from the same site that gives the time directly to you:

http://tycho.usno.navy.mil/cgi-bin/timer.pl

If you are using or can find a good clock-setting program, then there's a list of NIST servers for use with them. Here's a page with various servers listed.

So I guess the link I gave you was what you needed huh?

Remember that computers have constant and erratic drifts, so you'll have to continually adjust the time as your test goes on.

DaveC
2002-May-13, 07:00 PM
If there's a HUb' translator, I haven't been able to find it. I think you just kind of learn by reading his/her/its posts and trying to pick out something you think you understand. If you reply based on your understanding, HUb' will often engage in conversation with you. The more he/she/it does that, the more you will understand. I think I'm up to about 1% now. Others are even better.

We have lots of AC - Air Canada, air conditioning, alternating current, alotta cold, etc. When it gets deep, we just use shovels, but one of those Canadian canoes might be OK. Is it birch bark?
