I sold my old chopper as I hated it. Used it for one season which was one too many. Insane amounts of kickback and very little chopping.
Yesterday I cut back the entire garden so I had a nice pile to chop. So I went online, made a lowball bid on a new old chopper, and won. So now I have a "new" chopper and a lot of work to do. The new chopper, though cheaper, is more to my liking as it's a model that uses gears to chop the sticks. The horrible one used blades. The gears tend to pull in the sticks better. If the wood is too soft they tend to squeeze it rather than chop, but I prefer a machine that tries to chop wood over one that tries to destroy my hands and eyes.
With sufficient thrust, water towers fly just fine.
