West Dakota has both a state capital and a territorial capitol. Being over achievers, they also have a Copital, a Capatal, a Copitol and two Copilots.

East Carolina's submerged capital's dome has been rebuilt. The 120' squid that broke the old dome is out of sight for weeks, now. The mayor and council of New Atlantis are ignoring a citizen, Mrs. Muchadoaboutnothing, who claims that the submerged city is built on an earthquake fault in the Atlantic Ocean.
