    Music, Beer and Dr. Who

Recently I learned here who the musicians were in a
TV ad for Hyundai that I saw a year and a half ago.

    I've got another.

Last year, in April, I think, I saw a music video on
some video streaming website -- either YouTube or
something similar. It had really fun-sounding music
with nonsense syllables or made-up words (like scat
singing in jazz) sung by a woman. The video was
posted by the band. The video images, though, were
extracted from one or more fairly recent Dr. Who
episodes. I lost track of the video and the URL.

I asked about it here but nobody knew what I saw.

Last month, about June 20, I saw an ad for Heinekin
beer that had music which sounded like the same
band and singer, using the same technique. Does
anyone recognize the ad I'm talking about, to help
me determine whether it is the same band, and so
find out who I'm searching for?

Searching is a bit difficult for me because I only have
a dialup Internet connection. It probably took over
an hour to download the three-minute Dr. Who video
the first time, when I came across it while looking
    for something else.

"The Golden Age" by Asteroid Galaxy Tour.

That's not the same video, of course, but it's the band,
same singer, and a different version of the same song.

I wasn't expecting the video. Space themed, yet!
    Yeeehaaaa! That is fun!

This was from 2009. I think the version on the Dr. Who
video must have been recorded later, possibly last year.
That wordless one might sound better to me, but the
lyrics on the original version certainly have great charm.

    Thanks, Sean!

I assume that the length and download speeds of the
two videos were about the same. This one actually took
about 2 hours 20 minutes to download. Not counting
when I foolishly clicked in the gray area on the progress
bar when the download was just over half done, causing
it to download all over again from the start....

    You're very welcome.

I couldn't actually find the Dr. Who-themed video, but I found the Heineken commercial and thought it sounded like what you were describing.

Ah! I wondered how you found it and considered asking,
but decided to let you just say as much as you wanted.
I was also planning on looking for the Dr. Who version
(or traces of it -- since it used obviously copyright material
it may have been taken down), but hadn't started yet.
