So far ca. 100 grey images with about 6 reasonable images in there.
Not so. It's still diabolical; email me when the problem is solved.
Still facing that problem of grey images![]()
So sorry everyone. They grey images are part of the data set we were provided. We're trying to sort if there is a software solution to get rid of them.
I have replaced the images. I've been told the bad images have been removed in this set, so if you still frequently see bad images, please let us know.
No problems now; A OK. Many thanks.
No problems for me either. Thanks for replacing the images!
No problem for the moment.
Great work Cory and Starstryder.

Cheers Gonano.

Image loading very slow for last 12 hours
Hi All,
When Ice Investigators images are running slow it usually means the Canadian Astronomical Data Center (where we store our data) is in the process of uploading or downloading a new data set, and our shared bandwidth is effected. There is nothing I can do about this. I'm so sorry.
Cheers,
Pamela
It's back to normal this morning Pamela. Thanks for the information.
All working fine ^^
i have This seems to be the same gray I got initially.
You can compress the images. It might be due to the file size of the images
