Cursor bug (not sure where else to post this)

I am marking craters at home for the first time on a Win 7 machine using Chrome, and after an image or two after opening a window or a tab, the mouse pointer cursor turns to a text select cursor while dragging the circle out to mark craters. Is this a known bug, or is there some strange interaction with Chrome and other tabs I might have open?

    Thanks

True Story. I fixed this forever ago, but as it turns out Google Hates me. I will take a look at it tomorrow.
