Russian Model Levitates things on the Moon's Surface

The Russian authors suggest a model mechanism for the levitation of dust on the moon's surface. (Initial reports by astronauts were met with considerable skepticism in the late 60's early seventies, since there was no wind), but electrostatic charges can build in an ultraviolet radiation field, and Coulomb's is working. I seem to recall that early hypotheses about the lunar dust environment included electrostatic levitation. The concept was even used in the novel A Fall of Moondust by Arthur C. Clarke.
