Looks like a contrail to me. But I get paid alot of money to be a debunker. Let the conspiracy theories begin.

Not much to see in the video, looked as if the witness tripped and fell down.

The video was from February. Or January, depending on how they did the dates. 2019-02-01.

Here we have a geographically misleading headline and some sloppy writing in the first sentence. It definitely did not come down in Salem, which is not in the southwestern part of Polk County. Salem is on the eastern edge of the county, and the search area appears to be upwards of 20 miles away.

If they never bothered to set the date on their camera, could have shot anytime.

Bad reporting. Look at bottom of the video: AMS event #513, a bolide that exploded over Cuba in February, 2019.
Two photos of the Oregon fireball are at the bottom of the page. Left picture you can see the contrail illuminated by the setting sun. Right picture appears to have been taken several minutes later and shows the contrail backlit by the bright sky. If you note, there's no significant change in length or shape of the contrail. Doesn't look much like a fireball streaking through the sky. Most likely, left by an airliner.
