    What would happen if you placed an object in a region devoid of Higgs' Bosons?

    Would it instantly move to the speed of light?

    The Higgs field is pivotal in generating the masses of quarks and charged leptons (through Yukawa coupling) and the W and Z gauge bosons (through the Higgs mechanism). However a nucleon is more massive than just adding up quark masses. There is also the mass equivalence of binding energy which makes up ~90% of the mass: Viewpoint: Dissecting the Mass of the Proton. Thus an object in your hypothetical situation should still be massive.

    So the strong force is the origin of most mass in the universe? Except dark matter? Which is most of the mass in the universe...?

    The mass of fundamental particles comes from their interaction with the Higgs field. This is a scalar field, which means it is the same everywhere. So having an area devoid of the Higgs field is not really a possibility.
